Rates to rent the Villa le Terrazze

Rates in Euro € per night. Usually we rent weekly, not mandatory. Minimum 4 to 5 nights, in July 6, August 7 nights.
Last minute: from 30 September to 31 October: only 1750 € for 7 nights, 1400 for 5 nights, 1200 € for 4, 1050 for 3 nights.

Additional cleaning 160 €, including change of linen and towels

Charging an electric car 15 € per day. Only normal 220 V plugs available
Central heating (October to April). 38 € per night. According to national legislation max. 10 hours heating per day. Please ask for possibility if you like to heat longer.
Rates for 5 up to 8 visitors. Additional costs for 9 visitors 50 € per night
The Swimming Pool is open from 20 April to 20 November.
Pet fee for small pets until 8 kg weight (on request) 120 € per dog
Middle size dogs weight until 24 kg: 180 € per dog
Large size dogs over 24 kg (only on request) 220 € per dog
Maximum 2 dogs are allowed, only after request and permission. Animals are not allowed on any beds and sofas. All faeces must be removed properly. They may not urinate on the lawn or on trees. The garden is not fenced.

Special rates if renting 3 or more weeks

Ask for our rates to rent only one floor for maximum 4 visitors and only in october until may
For the final reservation of the Villa a payment of minimum 50% has to be paid in advance.
The rest has to be paid 30 days prior arrival on our bank account (or in rare cases, latest at arrival, paid in cash).

Check-in from 15:00 to 18:00 h (3 pm to 6 pm)
Check-out from 07:00 to 10:00 h (7 am to 10 am)
Late check-in fee, after 6 pm (only on request), 50 €
